It doesn't happen very often...

...but on a rare occasion, I actually feel like I'm using my college major. Today I've been extracting and chugging thru call statistics for a call center to try to come up with an algorithm to route their calls better. As is always is the case, getting accurate data is 90% of the problem. The fun part is chugging thru diff't formulas. Now, who wants to help chug the data...not everyone at once! Dang, I wish I still had some decent tools (and remembered how to use them). How does that excel formula go? Ah yes, =IF(L3>0,((L3+AD3)*(O3/L3)*(F3/(F3-I3))),0). Perfect.
